How long does it take to receive my personal stamp?
Most orders are custom-made within 3–5 business days. Once your stamp is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Shipping usually takes 5–8 business days.
What materials can the embosser be used on?
The embosser is designed to work best with standard book paper, stickers, and envelopes. It also works well on thicker paper, such as 300g watercolor paper, but we don’t recommend using it on cardboard or heavier materials.
Will the embossing fade over time?
No, the embossing is made to last. You can enjoy your customized books and documents without worrying about the impression fading with regular use.
Can I upload my own design or logo?
No, unfortunately not — we only offer the designs available on our website. However, if you have suggestions for new designs, feel free to email them to us. We’re happy to hear your ideas and may consider them for future design updates.
