Right to Cancel

✓ When purchasing items from our website, you have a 90-day right to cancel your order, starting from the day you receive your product.

How to use your right to cancel:

✓ You must notify us that you wish to cancel. Please send your message to contact@mybookembosser.com. Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return.

✓ You should return the products immediately, and no later than 90 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

✓ You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during return. For this reason, items should be well packaged and preferably returned in the original packaging.

✓ We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to any reduction in value caused by use or damage to the product.

Refunds and Processing Time

✓ Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
